We want you to love your Papinelle sleepwear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn garments in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags into a secure shipping bag or box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
